This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. the exclusive room was equipped with everything I needed, from a fully-equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed. the heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sun loungers were perfect for a relaxing day.

The only minor issue I faced was the need to inform staff to open the gate when leaving the hotel, which can be a bit tedious. this was quickly offset by the outstanding service provided by the friendly and helpful staff.

This accommodation is situated in a fantastic location, very close to the city centre, with a short walk to excellent nightlife at Spinningfields. The room is well-equipped, and guests can benefit from a coffee machine and having everything they need to cook meals. Breakfast is one of the best parts of your stay, with a wide variety of delicious options.

The bed could be more comfortable.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city. Our room was spacious, immaculate and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the shower and it was immediately fixed by the maintenance worker. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

such a quite comfortable stay for an extra night that's how much we loved it. everything was exceptional and fairly clean, we enjoyed staff and location.

The location was marvellous, for example, The Palace Theatre was just a short stroll away from the hotel. Loved the way our neat apartment with all the necessities was. Everybody was best.

The Suites are in an excellent location, close to the cathedral and Harvey Nichols. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast selection is excellent. The pool and gym facilities are nice. There is a Sainsbury's nearby for convenience.

The hotel's facilities were impressive, with a great gym, swimming pool, and spa. the staff were attentive and friendly, making you feel important throughout your stay. Its location was convenient, just a short walk from the main shopping area.

Check-in was not welcoming, with an unfriendly receptionist and mistakes made with my details. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with dirt in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being very close to the train station and in a great area of town. Also, the breakfast served at the hotel was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I loved the super staff and savoury breakfasts. Central location, unique base for discovering Manchester. Great service within 20 km of the airport. Fashionable rooms and awesome bathrooms. Parking was nearby and I paid extra gbp 16 per day to park my car.

Modern and clean accommodations with a mix of living area and bedroom, providing comfort and convenience. The room had easy-to-control temperature, dimmable lights, and Sky TV with recording feature for leisurely viewing. Enjoyable amenities included a lovely pool, showers in the rooms, excellent bathroom and shower, and good kitchen facilities. Friendly staff provided helpful service and a lovely bar experience.

There were beautifully designed and soundproof rooms with very comfy beds.

Approachable, pleasant staff and nice swimming pool. Again, it was not too far from Genting Casino.

Generally, it's stunningly beautiful place, liked it. Found in the shopping area close to the train station and the centre and restaurants.
